The Church inn, Uppermill, Running Hill Gate

Kitchen cook.

30 hours a week which does include weekends. (May take x2 part time roles so weekends are shared out.)

Ideal candidate must have some experience working in a kitchen and handling food but all training will be given on the job.

Must be able to work fast paced and under pressure.

Responsibilities will consist of:

Set up and close of the kitchen ensuring everything is cleaned to a high standard
Daily and monthly deep cleaning of equipment
Knowledge of Allergy awareness
Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
Remedy any problems or defects
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers

Salary: £13 Per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
