We are looking for a motivated person who likes to gain new experiences and work in a dynamic work atmosphere. As a Remote Supports Assistant, you will become part of a young, aspiring company.

You can expect an attractive salary of 1800 euros per month and additional commission possibilities. We also sponsor trips and events.

Your tasks:

  • Support our customers and service providers with inquiries and problems related to our Payment Provider services
  • Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.
  • Provide technical support and customer service for our accounting software application.
  • Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot customer software and hardware issues.
