Job Description
The main responsibilities for the IT Technician include:

Providing an outstanding level of IT support and IT project related activities to staff and students.

Ensuring that all IT support needs are logged, investigated and resolved.

To install and test new software and software updates / upgrades, ensuring compliance with software licensing regulations at all times.
The Successful Applicant
The successful IT Technician will have experience of in troubleshooting, with a calm, clear and organised manner. The ability to manage and prioritise time in essential to the role. Microsoft Windows skills are also important.
