About the home Willowcroft is a 60 place residential and dementia care home in Spondon, Derby. Willowcroft is a purpose-built home built over two floors and has recently undergone a £135,000 refurbishment. The home has two wings providing 30 residential places and 30 places for dementia care. Every detail of the home’s layout and facilities is designed to enhance the independence and dignity of residents, from the mini-fridges and plasma TVs with Freeview in every room to a secure garden specially landscaped for use by people with dementia.

Care Assistant (Days) based at Willowcroft, Derby Job description Available Hours: Permanent – Part Time ( 22 and 33 hours avaliable per week) About the role As a Care Assistant at MHA you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.
