  • File opening and closure with other administrative tasks
  • Preparing client quotes and engagement letters
  • Preparing and drafting contract packs
  • Dealing with client and solicitors enquiries
  • Keeping clients updated with progress of transaction
  • Reporting on mortgage offers
  • Financial bills and completion statements
  • Stamp duty land tax forms
  • H M Land Registry applications
  • Post completion tasks including notice fees, deed of covenants and certificates of compliance
  • Dealing with file closing and new title registration
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to adapt and work independently when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Common surfaces are cleaned daily. Offices are deep cleaned on a regular basis

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, NW1 0JH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

  • Legal: 1 year (preferred)
