This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening. Responsibilities: As a Food Prep Assistant, you will grow your career by supporting the culinary team on event days. Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience useful, but not required. Ideal for those looking to start their culinary or hospitality career.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
  • Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment ware)
  • Ability to follow instructions.
